As stated in our Terms of Service, each FundedSeat account must be purchased, owned, and traded exclusively by the same individual. This policy also applies to payment methods.
⚠️ Important:
If you use another person’s card (including a friend’s or family member’s) to purchase an account, the account will be terminated immediately, and no refunds or payouts will be issued. This is treated as fraudulent activity and violates our compliance standards.
✅ Before Purchasing with a Card, Please Ensure:
The billing address matches the address provided at checkout.
The name on the card matches the name registered on your FundedSeat profile.
Fraudulent or suspicious card activity will lead to a permanent ban.
Chargebacks or payment disputes once services are delivered are strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
