FundedSeat Code of Conduct & Community Standards

This policy outlines the standards of conduct expected when using FundedSeat services, interacting with our team, and participating in our community.

At FundedSeat, our goal is to help traders develop the discipline, consistency, and professionalism required to succeed in a funded trading environment and potentially progress to live capital.

We are committed to providing a fair and professional experience for all traders. In return, we expect traders to interact with our team, community, and platform in a respectful and professional manner.

Behavior that undermines the integrity of our platform, support systems, community, or business operations may result in account reviews, support restrictions, account closures, payout reviews, or permanent removal from FundedSeat.

Examples of prohibited conduct include, but are not limited to:

Abuse of Accounts & Platform Services

  • Excessively purchasing accounts, resets, or services for the purpose of exploiting promotions, loopholes, or platform systems.

  • Intentionally violating account rules in an attempt to obtain exceptions, adjustments, or special treatment.

  • Deliberately failing accounts to seek refunds, credits, resets, or compensation.

  • Creating multiple accounts or identities to circumvent FundedSeat policies or limitations.

  • Attempting to manipulate evaluations, funded accounts, payout reviews, or compliance processes.

Abuse of Support Services

  • Repeatedly requesting exceptions after a final decision has been made.

  • Constantly requesting free accounts, resets, discounts, credits, or special accommodations.

  • Opening excessive support tickets regarding the same issue after receiving a resolution.

  • Submitting claims of platform issues without supporting evidence while demanding account adjustments.

  • Making false statements or providing misleading information during investigations.

Threats, Coercion & Harassment

  • Threatening negative reviews, social media campaigns, chargebacks, disputes, or public attacks in an attempt to influence support decisions.

  • Attempting to pressure FundedSeat employees into providing exceptions outside of policy.

  • Harassing, insulting, intimidating, or abusing FundedSeat staff, moderators, contractors, or community members.

  • Using aggressive, discriminatory, hateful, or inappropriate language toward others.

Community Conduct

  • Creating a toxic, disruptive, or hostile environment within the FundedSeat Discord, social channels, or community spaces.

  • Excessively tagging staff members, moderators, or community leaders.

  • Spreading misinformation about FundedSeat, its services, employees, traders, or partners.

  • Sharing private communications, internal correspondence, investigations, or support conversations without authorization.

  • Encouraging other traders to violate FundedSeat rules or policies.

Fraudulent & Misleading Activity

  • Submitting altered, falsified, manipulated, or misleading screenshots, videos, documents, or account information.

  • Misrepresenting account ownership or trading activity.

  • Providing false identity, payment, verification, or compliance information.

  • Attempting to bypass KYC, verification, compliance reviews, or security procedures.

  • Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes for services that were properly delivered.

Our Commitment

FundedSeat is committed to treating all traders fairly, professionally, and consistently. We review concerns, platform issues, and account investigations based on facts, available evidence, and company policies.

Support decisions, compliance reviews, account adjustments, and account actions will never be influenced by threats, harassment, public pressure, social media campaigns, or negative reviews.

We encourage constructive feedback and respectful communication at all times. Our team is always happy to review legitimate concerns and work with traders in good faith to resolve issues whenever possible.
