Chargeback Policy

This policy explains how FundedSeat handles payment disputes, chargebacks, and account restrictions resulting from disputed transactions.

Understanding Chargebacks

A chargeback occurs when a customer disputes a transaction directly with their bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider and requests that the payment be reversed.

If you have questions regarding a charge, subscription renewal, account purchase, reset, billing concern, or any other transaction, we strongly encourage you to contact the FundedSeat Support Team before initiating a chargeback. In most cases, our team can review the situation and help resolve any concerns directly.

What Happens If a Chargeback Is Filed?

When a chargeback is initiated, the associated account(s) will be placed under review by our Compliance Team.

During this review process, FundedSeat may take one or more of the following actions:

  • Suspend access to active accounts.

  • Restrict purchases of new accounts, resets, or services.

  • Pause payout requests or account upgrades.

  • Restrict access to funded or live account programs.

  • Conduct a full review of the customer's account history and transactions.

These measures are implemented to protect the integrity of our platform and investigate the disputed transaction.

Unjustified Chargebacks

An unjustified chargeback may include, but is not limited to:

  • Disagreeing with published policies after purchase.

  • Attempting to bypass FundedSeat's refund policy.

  • Requesting a chargeback after services, account access, or platform benefits have already been delivered.

  • Filing a dispute without first contacting FundedSeat Support.

FundedSeat maintains transaction records, login records, account activity logs, and platform access records which may be provided to payment processors or financial institutions during a chargeback investigation.

Account Restrictions & Termination

Chargebacks are considered a serious violation of FundedSeat's Terms of Service.

If a chargeback is determined to be fraudulent, abusive, or otherwise unjustified, FundedSeat reserves the right to:

  • Permanently suspend associated accounts.

  • Revoke access to FundedSeat services.

  • Deny future purchases.

  • Remove eligibility for funded, simulated funded, or live account programs.

  • Refuse future business relationships with the individual involved.

Each case is reviewed individually by our Compliance Team before a final determination is made.

Our Commitment

FundedSeat is committed to resolving billing concerns fairly and professionally. We encourage traders to contact our Support Team before disputing any transaction, as many issues can be resolved quickly without involving banks or payment providers.

Filing a chargeback without first contacting FundedSeat may delay resolution options and may impact the status of your account while the dispute is under review.
