Our 1-Step Daily Ultra model is the ultimate plan. Choose between a 26% or 35% consistency in the Evaluation Phase. Once passed, you gain access to a Simulated Funded Account where you can:
Withdraw daily and from day one
Uncapped payouts - no max withdrawal limit
EOD drawdown
Evaluation Phase
Trading Objectives:
Reach the 6% profit target
Meet the 26% consistency rule: your most profitable day cannot account for more than 26.00% of your total profits. The 26.00% already includes a 1% cushion so you can pass in four days.
If you select the 35% consistency in the evaluation, your most profitable day cannot account for more than 35.00% of your total profits. This consistency already allows you to pass in three days. There is no cushion.
→ Once you meet the objectives, you'll have to wait until the end of the trading day reconciliation process (during the market break). You will receive an email confirming your success.
Funded Phase
Follow the payout requirements below to become eligible for a payout.
Trading Rules
End-Of-Day Trailing Drawdown Limit
The EOD Trailing Drawdown Limit is the total amount your balance/equity can decrease. If the account balance increases by the end of the day, the drawdown limit adjusts upward. If the account balance decreases, the drawdown remains unchanged.
25K account: $1,000
50K account: $2,000
100K account: $2,250 or $3,000 (choose between the options in the checkout)
The EOD Trailing Drawdown locks when profits exceed the drawdown limit by $100. For example, in a $50,000 account with a $2,000 drawdown, once profits reach $2,100, the drawdown locks at $50,100.
→ Hitting your drawdown threshold will result in account failure.
Important: The drawdown threshold locks at starting balance + $100 after your first payout request.
OPTIONAL ADD-ON: Daily Loss Limit
There's no daily loss limit on the Daily Ultra Plan by default, but you can opt for a Daily Loss Limit (DLL) add-on.
The DLL is a soft breach rule that pauses your trading for the day if you hit the loss threshold. Your account is not failed — you can resume next session.
The DLL applies during the evaluation and the funded phase.
25K account: $600 Daily Loss Limit
50K account: $1,200 Daily Loss Limit
100K account: $1,800 Daily Loss Limit
Contracts
A $25K account can trade up to 2 Minis (20 Micros).
A $50K account can trade up to 4 Minis (40 Micros).
A $100K account can trade up to 6 Minis (60 Micros).
There is a contract scaling plan in the funded phase. Check below for more information.
Swing Trading and Trading Hours
All positions must be closed BEFORE 4:50 PM EST Monday through Friday, before the market closes. Any open positions will be automatically closed at 4:50 PM EST. This will not result in a fail or loss of account.
Starting at 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Thursday, and on Sunday evening, you can start placing trades again.
This means that you are not able to swing trade or hold positions over multiple days.
News Trading Allowed - Evaluation
You are allowed to trade any news events in the evaluation phase.
-
News Trading Restrictions - Funded
Funded accounts must be out of all open positions and have no open orders from 1 minute before to 1 minute after any USD high-impact red folder news event.
Trading during the news events below will lead to account failure.
Official calendar used: https://www.forexfactory.com/calendar
Choose Red folder events and USD currency.
Inactivity Rule - Evaluation
Place at least one trade every 20 days. Your account will be deactivated 20 days after your last trade.
Maximum Account Idle Time - Funded
To keep your funded account active, you must place at least one trade per week (Monday through Friday). This is per account, not per user.
Maximum allocation
Any trader can have up to 2 active Daily Ultra accounts at any given time. This includes evaluations, simulated funded, and live accounts.
This applies on top of the regular plan allocation. You could hold 2 Daily Ultra accounts and 5 regular funded accounts at the same time.
Payout Guidelines - Funded Account
You can request unlimited payouts per day, even from day one.
Earn a generous 80% split on all profits you make.
As soon as you hit the requirements, it may take up to 10 minutes for the dashboard to refresh.
Once your payout is requested, your funds are immediately withdrawn from your account. You can continue trading while we review your payout request.
Once you submit a payout request, it cannot be edited or canceled.
For the legacy model overview, which applies to all accounts and resets purchased before 16:30 EST on Aug 16, 2026, click here.
The pilot users can find the policy here.
Minimum payout amount: $250
Maximum payout amount: There is no maximum payout amount.
There is no buffer on the Daily Ultra plan. Withdraw what you make.
Please note that your drawdown threshold locks at account size + 100 after your first withdrawal. Withdrawing up to your locked drawdown limit will close your account.
First Payout Requirement
You must request your first payout before hitting the balance thresholds below.
If your balance reaches the balance threshold before requesting your first payout, your open position will be liquidated, and you won't be able to resume trading till you request your first payout.
This requirement only applies to your first payout. After requesting your first payout, you are free to make as much profit as you want.
Balance thresholds
25K account: $26,600
50K account: $53,100
100K account with 2,250 drawdown: $103,850
100K account with 3,000 drawdown: $104,600
EXAMPLES
EXAMPLES
Example 1 (Partial Withdrawal)
Scenario: You trade a $50K funded account with a $2,000 drawdown limit and reach a balance of $52,600.
Payout Limit: You can withdraw anywhere between $250 and $2,500. (Note: After your first payout request, your drawdown threshold permanently locks at starting balance + $100, which is $50,100).
Action: You request a payout of $500. Your new account balance becomes $52,100.
Result: Your drawdown threshold is locked at $50,100, leaving you with $2,000 of drawdown room to continue trading.
Example 2 (Maximum Withdrawal / Account Closure)
Scenario: You trade a $50K funded account with a $2,000 drawdown limit and reach a balance of $52,600.
Payout Limit: You can withdraw anywhere between $250 and $2,500.
Action: You request the maximum available payout of $2,500. Your new account balance drops to $50,100.
Result: Because your account balance matches the locked drawdown threshold of $50,100, your funded account reaches zero drawdown buffer and is automatically closed.
Example 3 (Mandatory First Payout Threshold / Auto-Liquidation)
Scenario: You trade a $50K funded account with a $2,000 drawdown limit and hit the First Payout Balance Threshold of $53,100 before requesting a payout.
Trigger: Open positions are instantly liquidated by the system, and further trading is paused.
Payout Limit: You are now eligible to withdraw between $250 and $3,000.
Result: You must request your first payout to reactivate the account. Once requested, your drawdown locks at $50,100, and you can resume unrestricted trading with no maximum payout caps going forward.
Contract Scaling Plan
1-Step Funded accounts scale progressively—your max position size grows as your balance increases. Limits are adjusted at the end of the trading day (5 pm EST) based on your closing balance.
Note: This scaling applies only to funded accounts. During evaluation, you have access to full contract limits (2, 4, 6, depending on account size).
| 25K Account | 50K Account | 100K Account |

Path to Live
A Daily Ultra account may be moved to a Live account after withdrawing at least $100K from the account, never before.
Your live Daily Ultra account can be traded alongside your simulated Daily Ultra accounts.
This decision is made at FundedSeat's discretion, based on your performance.
Live Funded account upgrades are invitation-only and granted at FundedSeat's discretion. Our team will contact eligible traders via email when they meet the criteria.
