Our 1-Step Daily Pro Model is designed for traders who want to prove their skills quickly. It only has an Evaluation Phase, which you need to pass to gain access to a Simulated Funded Account where you can start generating profits and withdraw profits daily, from day one.
Evaluation Phase
Trading Objectives:
Reach the 6% profit target
Meet the 40% consistency rule; your most profitable day cannot account for more than 40% of your total profits.
Once you meet your profit target, you'll have to wait up to 10 minutes to pass automatically. You will receive an email confirming your success.
Funded Phase
Follow the payout requirements below to become eligible for a payout.
Trading Rules
End-Of-Day Trailing Drawdown Limit
The EOD Trailing Drawdown Limit is the total amount your balance/equity can decrease. If the account balance increases by the end of the day, the drawdown limit adjusts upward. If the account balance decreases, the drawdown remains unchanged.
25K account: $750
50K account: $1,500
100K account: $2,500
The EOD Trailing Drawdown locks when profits exceed the drawdown limit by $100. For example, in a $50,000 account with a $1,500 drawdown, once profits reach $1,600, the drawdown locks at $50,100.
Exceeding your drawdown limit will result in account failure.
Contracts
A $25K account can trade up to 2 Minis (20 Micros).
A $50K account can trade up to 4 Minis (40 Micros).
A $100K account can trade up to 8 Minis (80 Micros).
Swing Trading and Trading Hours
All positions must be closed BEFORE 4:59 PM EST Monday through Friday, before the market closes. Any open positions will be automatically closed at 4:59 PM EST. This will not result in a fail or loss of account.
Starting at 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Thursday, and on Sunday evening, you can start placing trades again.
This means that you are not able to swing trade or hold positions over multiple days.
News Trading
You are allowed to trade any news events.
Inactivity Rule - Evaluation
Place at least one trade every 20 days. Your account will be deactivated 20 days after your last trade.
Maximum Account Idle Time - Funded
To keep your funded account active, you must place at least one trade per week (Monday through Friday). This is per account, not per user.
Payout Guidelines - Funded Account
You can request payouts daily, even from day one.
Earn a generous 90% split on all profits you make.
Once you submit a payout request, it cannot be edited or canceled.
Be aware that if you fail your account before the request is processed, your payout will be denied.
Any trader can have a maximum allocation of 5 funded accounts at any given time, of which 3 can be from the following plans:
Any 150K accounts
1-step Flex 50% consistency accounts
1-Step Daily 50% consistency accounts
1-Step Daily Pro accounts
The minimum and maximum payout amounts for every payout:

Your account must satisfy the criteria below to qualify for EACH payout:
Exceed the buffer: exceed the buffer below to request a payout. This buffer is unwithdrawable.

Minimum Profit Requirement 2nd payout onwards: starting from your 2nd payout, hit at least the minimum profit requirement between every payout request
$250 on the $25K account
$500 on the $50K account
$1,000 on the $100K account
Contract Scaling Plan
1-Step Funded accounts scale progressively—your max position size grows as your balance increases. Limits are adjusted at the end of the trading day (5 pm EST) based on your closing balance.
Note: This scaling applies only to funded accounts. During evaluation, you have access to full contract limits (2, 4, or 8, depending on account size).

Payout window
You can request payouts daily after the reconciliation. Daily account reconciliations occur between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST.
Once your payout is requested, your funds are immediately withdrawn from your account. You can continue trading while we review your payout request.
Path to Live
A trader may be moved to a Live account after taking 4 payouts in a single account or 10 payouts since the last Live transition (or since starting with FundedSeat).
Our Review team monitors all traders and may reach out to move you to the Live Account before taking 4 payouts. This decision is made at FundedSeat's discretion, based on your performance.
Live Funded account upgrades are invitation-only and granted at FundedSeat's discretion. Our team will contact eligible traders via email when they meet the criteria.
