My Rithmic account is not working

Reason 1:

Rithmic only processes new account requests during their official service hours. If you have bought a new account outside of these times, your new account request will not be processed by Rithmic until they're back online. Please try again during the times listed below:

  • Monday–Friday: Midnight to 3:00 PM CT

  • Monday–Friday: Exactly at 4:00 PM CT and 4:05 PM CT

  • Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM CT

  • Sunday: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM CT

Reason 2:

Kindly double-check if you've selected the correct settings

  • System: Rithmic Paper Trading

  • Gateway: Chicago Area

  • Windows users: make sure Market Data is ON
