Rithmic only processes new account requests during their official service hours. If you have bought a new account outside of these times, your new account request will not be processed by Rithmic until they're back online. Please try again during the times listed below:
Monday–Friday: Midnight to 3:00 PM CT
Monday–Friday: Exactly at 4:00 PM CT and 4:05 PM CT
Monday–Thursday: 5:00 PM to 11:00 PM CT
Sunday: 12:00 PM to 11:00 PM CT
Reason 2:
For new users using Rithmic Data Feed: make sure you have signed the Rithmic online agreements before trying to connect to a third-party trading platform. You can do that from your browser: https://signup.rithmic.com/apps.html

Kindly double-check if you've selected the correct settings
