This setup guide is for Web, mobile, and macOS users. If you're trading on Windows, go to the Windows guide.
Step 1: Sign the Rithmic agreements
If you are a new customer and have just purchased your first FundedSeat account, you will have to sign the agreements with Rithmic first, BEFORE trying to connect with a trading platform. You can do that from your browser: https://signup.rithmic.com/apps.html
IMPORTANT: Select NON-PROFESSIONAL when prompted by Rithmic.
Step 2: Download the Rithmic trading platform
Rithmic R Trader Pro is available on Web, mobile, and Windows
Choose System: Rithmic Paper Trading.
Choose Gateway: Chicago Area.
Mac users
Rithmic doesn't natively support macOS at the moment, but there are several solutions for trading with Rithmic on your Mac:
Option 1: Using the Rithmic Trader web application, accessible here: https://www.rithmic.com/webandmobile
Option 2: Using one of the supported third-party platforms on Mac/Web

Option 3: Install a software called Parallels, which allows you to install Windows 11 on your Mac. You can then follow the Windows instructions to install Rithmic on Windows.
