Trading Rules
End-Of-Day Trailing Drawdown Limit
The EOD Trailing Drawdown Limit is the total amount your balance/equity can decrease. If the account balance increases by the end of the day, the drawdown limit adjusts upward. If the account balance decreases, the drawdown remains unchanged.
Exceeding this limit will result in account termination.
The EOD Trailing Drawdown locks when profits exceed the drawdown limit by $100. For example, in a $50,000 account with a $2,000 drawdown, once profits reach $2,600, the drawdown locks at $50,100.
Contracts
A $25K account can trade up to 1 Minis (10 Micros).
A $50K account can trade up to 4 Minis (40 Micros).
A $100K account can trade up to 8 Minis (80 Micros).
Swing Trading and Trading Hours
All positions must be closed BEFORE 4:59 PM EST Monday through Friday, before the market closes. Any open positions will be automatically closed at 4:59 PM ET. This will not result in a fail or loss of account.
Starting at 6:00 PM EST, Monday through Thursday and on Sunday evening, you can start placing trades again.
This means that you are not able to swing trade or hold positions over multiple days.
News Trading
You are allowed to trade any news events.
Daily Loss Limit (soft breach)
A soft breach rule that pauses your trading for the day if you hit the loss threshold. Your account is not failed — you can resume next session.
25K account: No Daily Loss Limit
50K account: $1,500 Daily Loss Limit
100K account: $2,500 Daily Loss Limit
Payout Guidelines - Instant Funded Account
You can request payouts daily from your 2nd payout.
Earn a generous 90% split on all profits you make.
Any trader can have a maximum allocation of 5 funded accounts at any given time.
Once you submit a payout request, it cannot be edited or canceled.
Be aware that if you fail your account before the request is processed, your payout will be denied.
The payout amounts for every payout:

20% Consistency Rule (1st payout ONLY): no single day’s profit should exceed 20% of the total profits generated. This applies ONLY to your first payout. You can request daily payouts from your 2nd payout onwards.
Hit 5% profit target: hit at least 5% of the initial account size in profit between your payout requests (or from starting balance for your first payout)

Payout window
You can request payouts daily after the reconciliation. Daily account reconciliations occur between 5:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. EST.
Once your payout is requested, your funds are immediately withdrawn from your account. You can continue trading while we review your payout request.
Path to Live
A trader may be moved to a Live account once they have taken 4 payouts in a single account. Our Review team monitors all traders and may reach out to move you to the Live Account before 4 payouts. This decision is made at FundedSeat's discretion, based on your performance.
