Payout Guidelines - Instant Funded Direct
You can request payouts daily from the first day.
Earn a generous 90% split on all profits you make.
Any trader can have a maximum allocation of 5 funded accounts at any given time.
Once you submit a payout request, it cannot be edited or canceled.
Be aware that if you fail your account before the request is processed, your payout will be denied.
The payout amounts for every payout:
Account size | Payout amount |
25K | $500 |
50K | $1,000 |
100K | $2,000 |
Your account must satisfy the two criteria below to qualify for EACH payout:
Hit 5% profit target: hit at least 5% of the initial account size in profit between your payout requests (or from starting balance for your first payout)
25K account: $1,250
50K account: $2,500
100K account: $5,000
Biggest trade rule: No single trade should account for more than 15% of your total profits generated since your last payout (or starting balance) at the time you submit a new payout request. (Examples)
This rule applies to trades, which means that you can hit the requirement and request a payout on day one.
Trades on the same instrument and in the same direction that occur within 3 minutes of each other are considered part of the same trade idea and will be combined for this rule.
*From March 29, 2026 - 18 PM EST: Trades on the same instrument, or on instruments within the same group (e.g. equity indices: ES, NQ, YM, RTY and their micro equivalents), and in the same direction that occur within 3 minutes of each other are considered part of the same trade idea and will be combined for this rule.
Payout window
You can request payouts daily after the reconciliation. Daily account reconciliations occur between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. EST.
Once your payout is requested, your funds are immediately withdrawn from your account. You can continue trading while we review your payout request.
Path to Live
A trader may be moved to a Live account once they have taken 4 payouts in a single account. Our Review team monitors all traders and may reach out to move you to the Live Account before 4 payouts. This decision is made at FundedSeat's discretion, based on your performance.
